Dear Hardworking Individual with limited time to diet and exercise,

I'm here to tell you it doesn't have to be hard. I'm serious! It doesn't require you to spend hours in the gym, and it doesn't even mean you can't eat your favorite foods like pizza and ice cream. You can have it all and then some, if you're willing to follow a plan.
